stir-fried potato and pork in sesame oil

2 popatos (300g)
pork shoulder loin block (250g)

1/4 tsp salt
pepper — a little

1/3 bunch Japanese leek (30g)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sake
1 tsp soy sauce
<<How To>>
- Cut popatos into about 5 mm rectangular pieces. Soak in water for 5 minutes and drain well. Paper dry them.
- Cut the pork block into 5mm-thick slices. Sprinkle salt and pepper (A) on the pork. Cut japanese leek into 5mm wide.
- Heat the sesame oil on medium in a frying pan. Grill the pork over the medium hear for 1 minute per side until both sides become brown. Add the potatos and fry until their surfaces absorb the oil. Sprinkle salt and sake and stir fry 3-4 minutes.
- Add japanese leek and stir fry quickly and sprinkle soy sauce.
