stir-fried cabbage in butter on rice
Fried cabbage in butter is tasty. Put stir-fried cabbage and sunny-side up egg on hot rice and pour soy sauce on it.
<<ingredients : serves 2>>
2 leaves (100g) cabbage
2 bunch (30g) spinach
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp sugar
salt, pepper — a little
vegetable oil — a little
2 eggs
some cooked rice
soy sauce — alittle
<<How To>>
- Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Cut the spinach into 5-6cm long pieces.
- Heat the butter in the frying pan. Stir-fry the cabbage and spinach over middle heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper and remove the cabbage and spinach from the pan into a plate.
- Heat the vegetable oil in the pan, break an egg and cook soft sunny-side up egg.
- Put the hot rice into individual bowls. Transfer the cabbage and spinish on the rice, then put sunny-side up egg on it.
- Pour the soy sauce over the sunny-side up egg.
